1. Processing & Handling

• Handling Time: All orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates (North America)

We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $125 or more within most of North America.*

Note: Free shipping eligibility is calculated based on the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes.

*Retail orders over $100 USD / $125 CAD qualify for free shipping. Wholesale account holders qualify for free shipping on orders over $350.

3. Regional Exclusions

While we strive for broad coverage, Free Standard Shipping does not apply to the following remote or non-contiguous regions:

• Canada: Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon, and other designated remote areas.

• USA: Hawaii, Alaska, and other designated remote areas.

Shipping costs for these regions will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the package.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery windows begin after the 48-hour handling period.

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days.

• Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing for cross-border shipments.

5. International Shipping

Currently, ROBTOOLS focuses on serving North America. For inquiries regarding shipping outside of Canada and the USA, please contact our support team at support@robtools.com for a custom quote.
