EZ Stud Out®

100% satisfaction guaranteed,  Trusted by 3000+ Happy Clients ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  • Jak16020 United States

I was skeptical at first if it was going to work or not. I had 5 broken manifold bolts and it removed every single one with ease. This way is a lot faster than drilling and using a extractor. Worth every penny!!

  • Neil F. United States

I used this to extract a manifold bolt that broke off flush with the head. By holding the nut exactly in place it made using the MIG super easy. 6 seconds and the bolt was ready for easy removal. Awesome product even at the rather high price.

  • Mike K. United States

It takes a bit to figure out.. I watched other YouTube videos on it... but I used this tool on a truck with 7 broken studs and it worked amazing... you still have to think it through but a little patience and it worked awesome.

Find quick answers to common questions about our EZ Stud Out® products.

How do I know which template fits my vehicle?

Don't guess. We have a built-in EZ Stud Out® Template Selector to ensure a perfect fit. Simply select your vehicle's Make, Model, and Engine, and the system will instantly identify the exact template kit compatible with your exhaust manifold.

My plates show discoloration after use. Are they ruined?

No, this is normal. The discoloration is "battle damage" caused by the intense heat of the welding process. It does not affect functionality.

  • Pro Tip: Always ensure the MIG gun nozzle is leaning securely into the template cavity. This guides the wire directly to the broken stud, ensuring the arc happens on the stud and not against the template walls.
What type of welder is required?

MIG Welders ONLY.Our system relies on the isolated, non-conductive nozzle of a MIG gun. This allows you to lean the gun against the template cavity safely without arcing on the tool itself.

  • Warning: Do not use Stick welding. It will arc against the template and permanently damage the tool.
What are recommended welder settings?

Every rig differs, but we recommend a "Low and Slow" approach to start:

  • Wire Speed: Set to ~50%.
  • Amperage: Start Low.
  • The Technique: A low amp setting prevents damage to the template but may produce a weak weld. Incrementally bump up the amperage until you achieve a strong weld that bites into the stud, but isn't hot enough to melt the template. Find your sweet spot.
Can I use the M10 Nuts (TN25M10) on any template?

No. TheTN25M10 (M10) nuts are designed exclusively for the Universal Kit, which features larger cavity center holes to accommodate them.

  • For all other specific kits, please use our standard M8 (TN25) nuts.
