Wheel wells, engine bays, chassis rails — the ROBTOOLS Flexmig® 360 bends to reach the welds your torch can't, and can save you hours in labor costs.
Flexmig® 360 turns a standard MIG torch into a fully bendable neck, so you can lay a clean bead in wheel wells, engine bays and chassis without pulling parts first.
This repair is listed at more than 8 hours of labor. With Flexmig® 360 it took 30 minutes — no exhaust manifolds pulled, no rear lines removed. Just bend the neck, reach the joint and weld it in place.
Results from the job shown in the video. Repair times vary by vehicle and setup.
The Flexmig® 360 is light duty: a thinner body and shorter nozzle for tight areas like exhaust lines and sheet metal. The Flexmig® 360 HD is heavy duty: a thicker body and larger nozzle that handle higher heat and amperage for chassis and structural work.
It works with both. The extension is designed to allow full gas flow.
Usually not. The extension can slightly restrict gas flow, so test your flow rate with the Flexmig® mounted before you start welding.
No. The internal materials are chosen to reduce drag, so the wire feeds smoothly even through tight bends.
No. Aluminum wire is too soft and will jam in the curve. Use steel or stainless steel wire only.
A perfect weld won't fix a broken manifold stud. Extract broken bolts with the EZ Stud Out® system before you weld.
